I would like to try these to replace my habit of brownies, chips, and all the fatty unhealthy crap. trying to watch my sugar because I’m diabetic (not dr approved, but common sense the way my sugar runs) so I’m trying to take control by myself without having to be put on medicine and shots.

For about 2 yrs now, I’ve been trying to reach my goal weight. It has been the most arduous task I have ever attempted, and I am an overachiever. For me not to reach my goal has more than frustrated me. I amped up my work out routine, added more water to my diet, and eat even healthier than before, which was already a pretty good diet. I have lost 19 pounds as of last Saturday! I just need to lose 20 more, and I have met my goal. Heck at this point, I’d settle for 10.
